Generally, there is no need. When taking Imm-UNITY we advise that you no longer need to take any other supplements with vitamins or minerals that are already in our Imm-UNITY product. Of course, it’s still important to eat a balanced and varied diet, as always!

When Habituwell was created, one of our non-negotiables was to make our products as sustainable as possible. That’s why Habituwell Vegan Friendly and sustainably sourced.

Did you know, vitamin D3 often comes from sheep’s wool, and Omega-3 is taken from processed fish livers?! At Habituwell, we source our vitamin D3 from sustainably sourced lichen and the omega-3 that you get in our Imm-UNITY product comes from vegan-certified Chlorella

Some steps we take to increase our sustainability include:

Packaging orders in 100% recyclable paper materia, glass, and steel.

Packaging as lightweight as possible to minimize our distribution impact ( = smaller carbon footprint!)

Working with local US manufacturers = improved transport efficiency

Flyer-less packaging because less components = less waste = less impact

If you find out you are pregnant (congratulations!), it is important to stop taking our Imm-Unity product as vitamin A supplements are not recommended in pregnancy. We recommend switching to a multivitamin formulated for pregnancy instead during this time.

Our Imm-Unity product is developed based on the nutritional needs of adults over 18. It is always best to consult your GP or local pharmacy if you have any specific concerns as they will know your child's background.

The quantities and doses in our Imm-UNITY supplement are all based on clinical- evidence shown to make a difference to your body's natural defence, the immune system.

We recommend taking two capsules a day, with a meal, at the same time every day, whenever works best for you.

Congratulations on your new bundle of joy! If you decide to breastfeed, please take a multivitamin designed for breastfeeding mothers and come back to Habituwell when your baby is weaned!

We suggest this because our product includes fat-soluble vitamins. Research has found that fat-soluble vitamins (mainly vitamin A) can concentrate in breast milk, and excessive amounts of vitamin A can be harmful to a baby.

Before taking any supplements, it’s highly recommended to consult your doctor first. However, if your doctor doesn’t have much knowledge regarding these supplements, you can talk to a naturopathic doctor instead.

Just make sure to inform your physician who’s responsible for treating your thyroid disease beforehand.
